02 Information the game handles

• Game progress and preferences. The game stores progress, earned and spent game currency, unlocked content, and settings locally on your device.
• Device and app information. Advertising providers may process device model, operating system, app version, language, locale, time zone, country or approximate location derived from an IP address, network information, and device status information.
• Identifiers. Advertising providers may process IP address, advertising identifiers, app-instance identifiers, and similar identifiers, subject to your device settings and consent choices.
• Advertising and diagnostic events. Advertising providers may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, completed rewarded ads, session events, consent signals, crash information, and technical diagnostics.

The current game does not offer a player account, chat, cloud save, or real-money purchases. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, microphone recordings, or payment information in the game.

03 How we use information

• Save and restore game progress and preferences on your device.
• Offer optional rewarded ads and provide the stated in-game reward.
• Deliver, measure, limit, and report advertising.
• Detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and technical failures.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.

Where applicable law requires consent, personalized advertising is used only after you make an affirmative consent choice. If you do not consent, the game may still offer contextual or limited ads that use less information. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing the game.

04 Advertising and consent providers

The game uses third-party services to manage consent and deliver optional rewarded advertising. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers for some advertising activities.

In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the consent message names the advertising partners enabled for the game and gives you controls for their purposes.

05 Age and advertising choices

Cat Home Rescue is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Players under the age at which they may independently consent to personalized advertising in their country receive contextual or limited advertising. In the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, we treat players aged 13 to 15 this way. Players aged 16 or older may choose whether to consent to personalized advertising.

You can review or change eligible advertising choices through the game's Privacy Options control. You can also limit or reset your device's advertising identifier in Android settings. A rewarded ad is optional; choosing not to watch one does not block ordinary game progress.

06 Legal grounds

Depending on your location, we process information to provide the game you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and non-personalized advertising, comply with legal obligations, or act on your consent. You may withdraw consent through Privacy Options without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

07 Storage, retention, and transfers

Local game progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game. Advertising and consent providers retain information according to their policies and legal obligations. Their processing may occur in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, using the legal safeguards described in their privacy information.

08 Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information; withdraw consent; receive portable information; or complain to a privacy regulator. Send a request to hello@theplain.works. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

Because game progress is stored locally, you can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game. For data an advertising provider controls directly, you may need to ask that provider, using the controls or contact details in its policy.

09 Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information handled by the game. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will update the date above when this policy changes materially and will provide any additional notice required by law.
