These terms cover your use of theplain.works and of the internal publishing tools The Plain Works Co., Ltd. runs for its own channels and accounts, including our YouTube channel PlainShow. Each game and app we make has its own terms, which apply to that product instead of these. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
01 Who we are
This site is operated by The Plain Works Co., Ltd. (주식회사 더플레인웍스), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea. Company details are on the Company Information page. Send questions about these terms to hello@theplain.works.
02 Using the site
The site is free to read. You may link to it and quote it fairly. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break, overload or probe its security, scrape it in a way that harms its availability, or use it for anything unlawful. The site has no accounts, no checkout and no contact form; if you email us, we use what you send as described in the Privacy Notice.
03 Our content
The text, design, names, logos and other material on this site belong to The Plain Works Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other product names belong to their owners. Nothing here gives you a licence to use our names or marks, except to refer to us accurately.
04 YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services in an internal video uploader that publishes videos we make to our own YouTube channels, including PlainShow. When you use the YouTube parts of our tools, or watch our videos on YouTube, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. What the uploader accesses, stores and shares, and how a channel owner revokes access (on the Google security settings page), is set out in section 07 of our Privacy Notice.
05 Our games and apps
Games and apps are covered by their own terms, privacy information and support pages, linked from Company Information and from the games site. If a product’s terms and these terms disagree about that product, the product’s terms win.
06 Links to other sites
This site links to services we do not run, such as Google Play, YouTube and Pinterest. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
07 No warranty and limits on liability
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any right the law of your country gives you that cannot be waived.
08 Disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to hello@theplain.works first so we can try to resolve it. Our games have their own terms (for example Do Not Throw and Do Not Match), and those say which law applies to them. Nothing here takes away a consumer right you have under the law where you live.
09 Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
